Warranty and Return Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds on any products, including for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. All products are covered by our Limited Warranty, which ensures they are free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. Motor and VFD have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. Customers with warranty claims should contact us at customerservice@amsfans.com for service and support.
